Tripp Eskridge is a Managing Director of Project Management at CBRE. Mr. Eskridge leads to the growth of our business while focused on providing exceptional outcomes for our Industrial & Logistics Clients. He is a veteran project management executive with more than 35 years of experience managing the design and construction process for industrial facilities and in-plant engineering.

Mr. Eskridge has extensive experience overseeing industrial build-to-suit and tenant-improvement projects. This expertise is critical as U.S. industrial construction races to keep up with surging demand for manufacturing plants and distribution centers. Areas of focus are projects for companies interested in nearshoring of their supply chain and also supporting projects for the electrification of the United States.

Mr. Eskridge’s manufacturing expertise includes heavy manufacturing, advanced/clean manufacturing, solar, and electric vehicle technology projects. His distribution specialties included cross-dock distribution; automated material handling; and freezer/cooler facilities. He will team with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services professionals to advise and assist Clients in minimizing project costs and long- term risk in relation to operational processes, material-handling systems, and design and capital management. Tripp is a leading member of the CBRE Intelligent Site Selection group.

Mr. Eskridge spent the past 15 years as an Owner’s Representative Project Manager serving more than 250 industrial and logistics clients across the globe. He founded and led the Americas industrial project management practice group that has developed more than US $10 billion spend for ground-up and tenant-improvement projects.

Prior to this endeavor, Mr. Eskridge held multiple positions at United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS), including serving as Director of Supply Chain Solutions in the Americas, with responsibility for more than 1,800 facilities.
