Thomas Westerhof

Thomas is a Executive Director within the EMEA Capital Markets team and is responsible for coordinating CBRE’s residential activities in Continental Europe. In addition, Thomas heads up CBRE’s residential capital markets team in the Netherlands. Thomas specialises in managing and executing residential transactions and has worked on a wide variety of portfolio and single asset transactions, representing leading institutions, funds and private equity investors. Thomas is also responsible for managing a number of CBRE’s key clients for the European region.
