Taylor Jacoby

Taylor Jacoby leads CBRE’s Strategic Investment Consulting team, leveraging her expertise in economic analysis, real estate research and consulting to address client challenges. She helps investors make informed strategy decisions by providing nuanced explanations of market forces, investment dynamics and the drivers behind them. Since the team’s founding in January 2020, Taylor has advised on nearly 100 projects for a wide variety of clients across all property types and U.S. markets.

Before stepping in to her current role, she directed CBRE’s Americas Capital Markets Research, where she produced industry-leading research reports and created a variety of internal tools. Earlier, as an associate director within CBRE Americas Research, Taylor developed thought leadership and managed client deliverables across diverse service lines. Prior to joining CBRE in 2016, she was an analyst for Rosen Consulting Group, where she researched economic, demographic, capital and real estate trends for market reports and client engagements.
