He is a leading proptech enthusiast in Asia, who loves to engage and gain knowledge around the real estate technology that is changing the dynamics of the industry.

Taranjot joined CBRE Host Team in Oct 2019 to Head Asia Pacific Sales and Solutions for Host’s business. Having over 21 years of experience in business development and Raytheon engagement and strategy, in addition to developing new businesses in a variety of real estate verticals, his focus is to find new areas of CRE technology and employee engagement, workplace discovery and optimization. He closed approximately 80+million square feet of CRE space and over 50,000 desks for enterprise and occupiers solutions. He leads the Host investor business in the Asian market and remains evangelical about Host's ability to create inroads with key regional developers and investors in Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Australia, UAE, Thailand, Philippines, Japan.
