With 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Sherrie has a reputation for building high performing teams that drive superior service and results for her clients. Sherrie joined CBRE in 2007 and currently serves our Healthcare Sector COO for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team. In this role, Sherrie oversees the end-to-end operational excellence for the Healthcare Sector, leads implementation of innovation initiatives and oversight of the platform and functional partners (FM, PJM, Regulatory Compliance, HSE, E&S, Procurement, Transitions, D&T).
In her previous roles, Sherrie had responsibility for the oversight and support of key outsourcing partnerships including the provision of Enterprise Facility Management, Project Management, Transaction Management and Strategic Consulting services; this includes client care, recruitment, talent development, resource management, P&L ownership and the promotion of best practices. In her tenure with CBRE, She has served our Global clients in Canada, LatAm, APAC, EMEA and India as a Senior Managing Director.
