Rohini is Managing Director for Regional Advisory & Consulting and Local Market Growth in Asia Pacific.
Rohini has been responsible for driving business growth, technology and product innovation across Asia Pacific. In her role, she has led several new product and technology initiatives that have been established as global best practice and tools.
Rohini has over 22 years of Transaction and Consulting experience working across the Asia Pacific region, having worked in India, Hong Kong and Singapore.
She is an industry thought leader and has represented CBRE in many panel discussions and seminars driving discussions on the future of real estate and proptech solutions. She has also led complex real estate strategies for large occupiers across the region including evaluation of labor, economic incentives, retail strategies, location and demographic studies driving significant cost and space savings for our clients.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Rohini led the Hong Kong Client Solutions group for Cushman & Wakefield and was responsible for leading key client accounts and developing new business based out of the Hong Kong office.
Rohini is also active in Corenet, CBRE Institute and other top real estate industry events. She is also a faculty member with Corenet teaching ‘Corporate Real Estate Finance’ and ‘Transactions and Impact on Financial Statements’. She has also been driving the education on the new IFRS16 standards across corporate occupier portfolios. Rohini has also been awarded the “Top rated Faculty” by Corenet and is the winner of the Asia Circle of Excellence.
