Our Principal team partner with the on-account Facility Management team to develop an HVAC database spanning over a 100 locations and 8,400 assets. We developed a multi-year, prioritized replacement and optimization plan consisting of new HVAC equipment, Enerfit advanced controls, and ESI monitoring and analytics. We reduced exposure to costly downtimes and replacements, mitigated cost due to the R-22 refrigerant ban, leveraged CBRE’s Supply Chain Sourcing program for energy and installation savings, and increased operational efficiency for the client.
