Peter Andrew is an Executive Director in Workplace Strategy, which is part of the Advisory & Transaction Services business line.
Peter leads CBRE’s Asia Pacific Workplace Centre of Excellence, bringing best practices to the 150+ workplace strategists and change managers in the region. He is responsible for developing and managing the Asia Pacific Regional Workplace Strategy team and driving market-recognised thought leadership, product development, standards of excellence and quality control across practice areas.
Peter has more than 25 years of experience and is a specialist in workplace strategy, change management, design co-creation, tenant research, building appraisal, space planning and programming. Across his career, he has serviced more than 300 clients and projects, and has worked with senior stakeholders in corporations to excite, educate and align business leaders around the opportunities of better places for work and learning, giving them the confidence and the tools to implement positive change in their organisations.
Peter is an excellent communicator and regularly speaks at public events.
