Paul is a Regional Occupancy Management Lead, APAC who leads CBRE’s Occupancy Management practice in Asia Pacific. He has over 13 years’ in Workplace and Occupancy Management, and has played a pivotal role in the development of CBRE’s OM Practice both regionally and globally, and developing solutions for some of CBRE’s largest client accounts.
Paul joined CBRE in 2015 and has delivered in roles and projects with some of CBRE’s largest corporate clients locally, regionally and globally, overseeing the development and deployment of Workplace Strategies, Occupancy Management and Analytics Programs, Design Management Services, Workplace and Lab Experience programs.
In his current role, Paul leads the Occupancy Management Practice in APAC, managing a number of client-account embedded Occupancy Management resources and supporting their development, technical expertise, and sharing of knowledge and best practice.
More recently, Paul has built CBRE’s Occupancy Consulting capabilities in APAC, providing advice to some of CBRE’s largest financial services and pharmaceutical clients on their future occupancy requirements, hybrid working models, and occupancy data management programs.
Paul has a keen interest in how occupancy planning-related activities (in particular utilization analytics) integrates with broader workplace and real estate life cycle in order to provide more holistic advice and outcomes for clients.
Paul is originally from Australia and currently based in Singapore. Outside of work he is an avid traveler, skier, pianist and home chef.
