Professional Experience

Neil Johnson is the CBRE Data Center Solutions (DCS) Global President, within the Global Workplace Solutions business segment. Neil has responsibility for facilities management, technology services, project management, advisory and transaction services, and consulting for data centre owners and occupiers across the region.

DCS is the world’s largest data centre managed services provider, with a presence in more than 50 countries and dedicated data centre professionals in the Americas, EMEA and APAC.

Neil began his career working in telecommunications in the British Army. Upon leaving the Armed Forces, he joined ABB as a data centre engineer, delivering services to international banks and telco’s. During this time, Neil was part of a team that carried out an MBO of ABB’s installation and maintenance operations in the UK. Neil later became managing director of the organisation, until joining CBRE in 2015.

Since joining CBRE, Neil has managed several businesses across the critical environments and facilities management sectors. Throughout his 32-year career, Neil has expertly led growth strategies by building high-performance teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
