Monica Juan

Ms. Juan currently serves as the Northeast Regional Director for Global Corporate Services. In her capacity Monica oversees a portfolio of client accounts within the East region. Her responsibilities include regional operations, performance management and the implementation of global initiatives.
In her prior capacity she served as Global Alliance Director for the State Street account responsible for 8 million SF in North America, Asia Pacific and EMEA. Responsibilities included contract compliance with all criteria and performance specifications, development of annual/capital business plans, supervision of critical engineering operations, project management and energy and sustainability oversight for their portfolio.
Prior to becoming an Alliance Director she worked within our Assets Services division.
