Mike McAlister

As Senior Vice President of Sales, Solutions, and Marketing for CBRE’s Enterprise Global Services business, Mike has defined and built a growth strategy to drive sustainability, building automation, centralized facilities and project management, and effective lease administration. Mike leads the global go-to-market strategy for this business with a team that drives tailored solutions. He works to enhance the strategic partnership provided to clients through understanding, executing, and meeting their organizational needs with technology and data-driven facility strategies.

CBRE’s Enterprise Global Services provides differentiated services to the built environment, focused on real estate sustainability, technology-enabled and virtual maintenance, lease management services, and overall efficient delivery. These services are delivered by a dedicated team within CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions, with an extreme focus on customer service and a strong bias for action.

Before leading the Enterprise Global Services Sales, Solutions, and Marketing teams, Mike led CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions Retail Sector Sales, Solutions, and Marketing teams. In this role, he built a strategy to solve real estate challenges in the retail and multi-site facilities management industry and lead the global go-to-market strategy with a team dedicated to delivering tailored solutions to each portfolio.

With over 25 years of experience designing high-impact, transformational sales initiatives that deliver improved market share, revenue, and margins, Mike has a proven a track record of leading cross-functional sales and marketing teams as a hands-on leader, building them from the ground up. Previously, Mike lead teams at Cintas, Recall, and Iron Mountain.
