Michael Mrozek

As the leader of Property Management in the Americas, Mike oversees the CBRE property management business in the U.S., Latin America and Canada totaling over 935 MSF and 4,800+ employees in partnership with our Global President, Emma Buckland and Global COO, Craig Hudleston.

Mike is responsible for our PM platform, serving 40 markets, partnering with market leaders across the country to ensure PM teams are well-supported through training, engineering capability, operational standards, procurement, data, emergency operations, property accounting, business development and other key centers of excellence.

In collaboration with the Global PM leadership team, Mike contributes to our ongoing PM strategy through key projects such as: development of market performance standards, creation of multi-market client value propositions, risk mitigation standards review and development of data strategies to drive results.

Mike works closely with leaders in all related platform disciplines including sales management, marketing, legal, human resources, DE&I, ESG, finance, communications, digital & technology, corporate finance, and security. Mike also serves as liaison to the US Affiliate Program offices.

Mike has been with CBRE since 2007, starting in Houston, TX and serving in various PM roles before moving to the Mid-Atlantic to become Property Management Market Leader for the six CBRE offices in DC, Maryland & Virginia from 2015-2020. Mike began his career in Chicago with Urban Retail Properties, managing retail and mixed-use properties in Chicago, Indianapolis, and Houston.
