Manish Kashyap is Global President, Advisory & Transaction Services, of CBRE Group, Inc. He leads the strategic prioritization and alignment of business growth levers, product innovation, data integration, top talent recruiting and driving a world-class organizational platform for Advisory & Transaction Services, globally.
In this role, Manish has executive responsibility for accelerating the business through organic growth and strategic corporate investments to help clients achieve superior outcomes. He leads the core business streams in Advisory & Transaction Services across office, retail, industrial and logistics, and data center properties.
Prior to his current role, Manish served as Regional Managing Director of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services business in Asia Pacific with expanded responsibilities as Global Head of Advisory & Transaction Services – Agile. In that position, he led a global network of CBRE’s thought leaders and changemakers to connect and advise occupier, operator, and investor clients on agile and flexible space solutions.
Manish has been with CBRE for over 25 years, serving in roles of increasing responsibility.
