The Chemours Company engaged our team to create a consolidated research and development facility. One of the primary project goals was to create a state-of-the-art R&D facility while combining laboratory operations previously spread among 15 buildings at three different locations.
At the client’s request to shift away from a traditional developer-led model, CBRE partnered with Trammell Crow Company to provide developer oversight, design coordination and financial tracking. CBRE and Trammell Crow acted as a single team covering all aspects of design, project and client management.

CBRE was engaged by Axalta to create a new corporate identity in a new global R&D facility. Through integrated services, we defined the organization’s needs and developed a detailed building specification that was aligned with their goals, resulting in a strategic location furthering the Axalta brand. The vision for the facility included incorporating flexibility into the lab design while maintaining the branding elements that were developed for all of the client’s facilities on a global scale.
