Lenny Beaudoin oversees the integration of CBRE’s Global Workplace, Design, Occupancy practice to provide our clients competitive advantage through actionable workplace strategies, informed occupancy planning, thoughtful design, and superior delivery of the future work environment.
Lenny has more than 20+ years of experience in the field of workplace consulting and strategic facility planning. A recognized leader in the industry, Lenny has worked on engagements in a wide range of markets and industries giving him an informed perspective of leading global trends in workplace delivery.
As the founder of CBRE’s Workplace practice in 2008, Lenny has built a team of real estate experts, organizational researchers, space designers, change managers, and occupancy planners who help organizations think differently about their workplace. They are guided by a mission to make the experience of work better by more thoughtfully understanding how people work and what they need to create value.
Prior to joining CBRE, Lenny was a founding member of the Workplace practice at JLL. He led significant engagements for HSBC, Motorola, and Bank of America. Prior to JLL, Lenny worked within prominent design firms, including Gensler and Perkins+Will as a leader in their design consulting practices.
