Lauren Prickett brings 20 years of design project experience including corporate office renovation and relocation projects, higher education spaces, and social and collaborative environments that serve a broad spectrum of user groups, along with feasibility and programming studies to help determine project necessities and budget requirements.
Through mentorship and continued exploration, Lauren is helping shape the Design team and guide discoveries of new and distinctive ways to enhance our design solutions. Her focus is to establish CBRE as a design competitor in the Dallas, Texas market, targeting high-quality projects with well-known local and national clients. Lauren approaches each project by truly understanding the client’s needs and aspirations, while utilizing her experience, knowledge and current trends to create a tailored solution.
Lauren joined CBRE’s Atlanta office in 2019 with a focus on workplace design, leading the design of CBRE WP360 offices across the country, as well as developing numerous nationwide corporate interior clients. Prior to this, Lauren led the Learning & Innovation Interiors group at Perkins & Will in Atlanta where she worked for 14 years.
