Kevin currently serves as President of CBRE's GWS Healthcare Sector. In this role he is responsible for leading a global team of over 2,000 professionals in the delivery of diverse, integrated services to major healthcare institutions; including: facilities management, capital project management, transaction management, portfolio optimization, energy & sustainability and workplace experience services.
CBRE's Healthcare Sector serves prominent clients who operate across the broad spectrum of care delivery; including integrated health delivery networks, academic medical institutions, pediatric specialty centers, insurance providers and extensive multi-site care delivery networks. Kevin brings 25+ years of successful and innovative experience serving major healthcare clients to this role. He and his team have developed a broad range of solutions that blend the best of CBRE’s global value proposition with the unique needs of our healthcare clients.
Kevin previously served as President of the West Division for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions business. In this role, he held global responsibility for service to CBRE’s largest occupier clients headquartered in the Western United States, including a mix of highly prominent firms in the technology, media, healthcare, retail and energy sectors. The GWS West team included 7,200 employees serving clients in 49 countries.
Prior to serving as President of the West Division, Kevin served as a Division Director for CBRE’s GWS West Division, where he played a key role in establishing and expanding new client partnerships and advancing GWS operations in Southern California, the Southwest and the Pacific Northwest. He initially joined CBRE as a Managing Director and was integral in leading both client engagements as well as the acquisition and integration of firms into CBRE as a means of enhancing client service capabilities. Kevin also served as the initial Executive Sponsor for CBRE’s Abilities Employee Business Resource Group.
Prior to CBRE, Kevin served as a Board member and regional partner at Hammes Company, a national strategic planning, project management and development firm specializing in the healthcare sector. Earlier in his career, he held various positions at Deloitte, where he was responsible for engagements with Fortune 500 and international clients.
With more than 25 years of experience in consulting and organizational leadership, Kevin has extensive experience interfacing with client executive teams and board members regarding capital projects, portfolio strategy and operational initiatives that are critical to organizational success in rapidly evolving marketplaces. His long-term relationships are founded on a combination of trust, skill, responsiveness and the delivery of innovative solutions.

Education
- Kevin received an M.B.A. with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin (UW), earning Beta Gamma Sigma honors. He was appointed to the Dean’s Advisory Council, served as a Student Ambassador for the UW School of Business and was recognized with multiple endowed scholarships. Kevin also earned a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
