Katie Winter

Katie Winter is Global Managing Director for Full Spectrum Lab Services, a fast-growing segment of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business, which provides integrated facilities solutions for corporations and other large occupiers. Full Spectrum Lab Services provides a professional suite of laboratory services to a variety of clients in the life sciences industry. Full Spectrum also services R&D clients across a broad range of industries including Oil & Gas, Telecomm, Forensics, Government Municipalities, and Technology and operates as part of GWS’s Life Sciences division. In this role, she is responsible for positioning CBRE as the recognized leader in lab asset services for pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and other life sciences clients, and for driving continued growth in this segment.

Prior to joining CBRE, Katie spent nearly seven years in business development with Agilent Technologies, a global leader in laboratory analytical equipment manufacturing and related services. Most recently, she served as the Enterprise Service Sales Manager for North America where she worked with cross-functional teams to develop global client strategy, and specialized in the orchestration of enterprise deals.

During her time with Agilent, Katie consistently exceeded her sales targets year-over-year, with double-digit growth each year.

In addition, Katie served as a key player in developing a unique partnership deal between Agilent, CBRE, and Avantor to earn the lab services business of the No. 1 pharmaceutical company in the world.

Katie has held business development roles in other companies as well, representing subsegments of the healthcare industry.
