Kapil Lahoti

Kapil Lahoti serves as Chief Digital & Technology Officer for CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business. In this capacity, Kapil and his team are responsible for developing digital strategies and delivering technology solutions to meet the needs of CBRE’s GWS business, which includes Facilities Management, Project Management and Management Consulting.

Kapil has more than 20 years of experience driving business value through transformative technology initiatives. Most recently, Kapil served in the dual roles of Head of Operations and North America Claims Product Management for Solera Holdings, the global leader in vehicle lifecycle management. In this capacity, Kapil led the consolidation of fragmented development organizations into a global team. He created new centers of excellence which enabled the delivery of global products and improved the effectiveness of the development teams. He also transformed the Claims product portfolio resulting in the successful launch of an AI-enabled estimating solution in North America.

Prior to Solera, Kapil partnered with clients from Fortune 500 firms across multiple industries to design and execute large-scale technology transformation initiatives at McKinsey and Diamond Consultants (PwC). He also led supply chain projects as a Senior Solution Architect at i2 Technologies.
