Jessica Morin leads office research within CBRE’s Americas Research team. Jessica covers market and occupier trends across the country and provides data-driven insights and thought leadership content.
Jessica rejoined CBRE in January 2022 after she served as the Senior Director of Market Analytics at CoStar. She was the primary analyst for in-depth analysis and thought leadership requests across commercial property types for Arizona and oversaw analysts in the Mountain West region.
Previously, Jessica was the Senior Research Analyst at CBRE in Phoenix, where she provided comprehensive research for the local market and supported broader research activities on a national level.
Throughout her career, Jessica has cultivated strong relationships with local economic development organizations and business leaders. She is frequently asked to participate in real estate roundtables, speak at industry events, and provide commentary to media outlets. Jessica served as a Vice Chair of Education on Arizona NAIOPs Developing Leaders committee and she was named “20 young commercial real estate leaders to watch in 2021” in Greater Phoenix.
Jessica is a graduate of Arizona State University where she obtained a degree in Economics. She also earned a Masters of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. She lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband, daughter and two dogs.
