Jamie Georgas

As Executive Managing Director of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Occupier business for the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region, Jamie Georgas is responsible for driving the region’s growth strategy and CBRE’s delivery of advisory and consulting services to commercial real estate occupiers from the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia markets.

Prior to transitioning into this role in February of 2022, Jamie spent two years as a key member of the Americas leadership team driving CBRE’s Broker Operating Platform and Growth strategic priorities with responsibility for overseeing the investment and integration of CBRE’s world class platform of resources, service offerings and talent.In addition, she had functional responsibility of the Americas Sales Management organization.

Previously and for the majority of Jamie’s career, she had primary responsibility for managing the day-to-day business of the Occupier sector across the Chicago Region as well as the CBRE Downtown Chicago office. Under her leadership, the Occupier business experienced unprecedented growth and held the market leading position. During that time, she also served as the Leader of CBRE’s global Law Firm Practice Group and toward the latter end of this tenure, Jamie had additional responsibility of the Indianapolis and Detroit markets.

Jamie has been with CBRE for over 17 years serving in roles of increasing responsibility.During her first four years at the firm, Jamie was elevated from the Office Research group to Business Development Analyst and quickly to Director of Managed Brokerage in Chicago. Jamie was one of the original pioneers of CBRE’s Managed Brokerage (now called Sales Management) operating philosophy.
