Georgia Collins leads Americas Consulting, overseeing a team of deep subject matter experts and consultants who translate clients' business objectives into smart, executable real estate strategies.
Prior to assuming leadership of CBRE’s Americas Consulting organization, she was Executive Vice President of CBRE’s flexible space solution, Hana, where she oversaw product and the company’s holistic approach to enterprise client solutions.
Georgia has nearly 20 years of experience in workplace strategy, commercial real estate and urban planning. Prior to Hana, Georgia led CBRE’s Host organization where she was responsible for delivering a scalable experience product suite, that included concierge-quality services; world-class customer service training; and a powerful, enterprise-grade technology platform. Georgia has also held other senior leadership roles across workplace design and planning, including Executive Managing Director for CBRE’s Workplace team in the Americas.
Georgia holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from Harvard University.
