Expression Therapeutics aspired to gather company members previously working out of several different laboratories under one roof. This merger required a multitude of needs with varying voices that resulted in multiple occupancy types. Not everything could be built all at once. CBRE worked with the client to identify chronological objectives resulting in phased construction so they could begin work as soon as possible. We were able to provide a full range of services, from Architect of Record, MEPFP, Structural, Civil and AV/IT/Security.
CBRE was able to simplify the entire process of getting a new space up and running quickly. From design through delivery, CBRE handled every aspect of the buildout which allowed us to focus on our mission—the development and delivery of novel medical treatments.
We partnered with Lab Builders Inc. to deliver leading laboratory spaces while also creating offices based on the CBRE Office Ready (Industrial) package. Office Ready provided up to 30% project time and cost savings to the client. For a team that wanted to be on the ground running as soon as possible, Office Ready was a unique solution.
