Eric Durden

Eric Durden is Senior Managing Director of CBRE’s South Division Valuation & Advisory Services practice. As the leader for the South Division, Mr. Durden oversees Valuation & Advisory Services operations in 21 market areas including Atlanta, Baltimore, Bethesda, Birmingham, Boca Raton, Charlotte, Charleston, Columbia, Ft. Lauderdale, Greenville, Jackson, Jacksonville, Memphis, Miami, Nashville, Orlando, Raleigh/Greensboro, Savannah, Tampa, Tysons Corner, and Washington, D.C.

His expertise incorporates not only leadership and management but every commercial real estate property type and comprises valuation services, such as: real estate portfolios, financial reporting, real estate planning, tax analysis, litigation support, sale-leasebacks, and insurable value studies.

Mr. Durden rejoined CBRE in 2017 as Senior Managing Director of Valuation & Advisory Services for the Southeast region after a successful three-year stint steering Colliers International’s appraisal team. Under his stewardship, Colliers ranked as Atlanta’s second-leading valuation group behind CBRE.

Mr. Durden is a native of Georgia and a graduate of the University of Georgia. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
