Dan Floris leads Occupancy Management and Technology in EMEA supporting solution development and transitions globally. He is responsible for the development and evolution of the products and services.
With over 20 years’ experience in space and occupancy management, he has spearheaded many successful global occupancy management solutions including organisational transformation and integration across service lines. This includes supporting clients to select and implement technology platforms including SpaceIQ products, Planon, Manhattan and Tririga.
He introduced and developed our occupancy management Shared Service Centres to introduce a cost-effective solution to drive data integrity, process compliance and essentially offshore task-based space related activities such as AutoCAD services.
He also supports global technology partnership initiatives including reviewing new technology solutions and start-ups which will continue to transform our industry.
Dan has a history of product development including workplace booking and occupancy utilization platforms capturing real-time space utilization in the workplace. Two of his products have received awards in real estate innovation categories with both CoreNet and IFMA.
