Utilizing a collaboration between CBRE’s brokerage, design, engineering, change management and move management teams, our client re-invented their workplace in Alpharetta, Georgia’s popular Avalon community. Marking a transformative change in their workplace strategy, they called upon CBRE Design Collective to develop a program including open seating, reduction in enclosed offices, hospitality-focused client spaces, dynamic social hub, IT genius bar and integrated technology throughout.

CBRE’s internal teams allowed for less hand-offs between firms and a more cohesive design and construction process. The final result is a transformative change in this client’s culture, implementing thoughtful design with a smooth transition.
