Chris Fudacz is CBRE Advisory Services' National Data Center Practice Leader for valuations, based in Chicago. He has both consulted-on and appraised various critical infrastructure assets, including telecom hotels, multi-tenant colocation facilities, powered base buildings and mixed-use assets possessing a substantial mission critical or network component. Mr. Fudacz is intimately familiar with the impact that power and fiber availability, infrastructure resiliency, geographic location and economic incentives have on value for this specialized asset type.

Prior to leading the Data Center Valuation Practice, Chris spent the past five years working with both CBRE Data Center Solutions' Agency Practice and Valuation & Advisory Services' Data Center Valuation Practice as the East-Central Lead. In the Agency role, Chris worked as part of a team to help REIT’s, Private Equity Firms, and Data Center Owners improve their market intelligence in order to make informed decisions and secure the most advantageous transactions. By tracking major colocation providers’ availability, development pipelines and pricing in both primary and secondary markets, Chris maintains a line-of-sight to the opaque market fundamentals that drive the U.S. data center market on both a local and national level. In addition to his data center specialty, he has a broad range of experience in many types of real estate assets, including industrial, retail, office, multifamily, and special-use assets.

Chris joined CBRE from Newmark Knight Frank.
