Bill Grice

Bill Grice leads CBRE’s Hotels in the Americas overseeing the investment sales, finance, valuation, advisory, and research platforms, proving our client’s a single fully integrated service offering. CBRE Hotels secured and executed upon over $165 billion in engagements in 2021, establishing our platform as the number one intermediary for hospitality investment sales activity globally.

Bill brings more than 20 years of hospitality capital markets experience and has been involved in over $40 billion of lodging-related recapitalizations, financings, and equity placements during his career.

Bill joined CBRE in 2020 and was previously Co-Head of Hospitality Capital Markets for CBRE Hotels, managing the Debt & Structured Finance practice.

Prior to joining CBRE, Bill served as a Managing Director and Co-Head of JLL’s Hotels Investment Banking team. Prior to that, he spent four years with GE Capital Real Estate in large loan originations, where he advised on debt and equity transactions totaling over $3 billion.

As a seasoned leader, Bill brings considerable skill and transaction experience across multiple business cycles, allowing him to leverage considerable expertise in helping our clients to secure the best execution for their investments.
