Ariz Master is a Managing Director within CBRE and leads the Facility Assessment Consulting and Solutions team. Located in the Chicago office since 2014, Ariz has more than 25 years of expertise in various facets of building design, real estate due diligence, capital expenditure assessments, construction monitoring, facilities planning, and owner’s representative services.
Ariz manages the Facility Assessment Consulting and Solutions group and provides quality control of reports written by others, managing and coordinating technical staff activities and overseeing the technical relationship with client accounts to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Over the course of his career, Ariz has led the delivery of facility assessments and property condition assessment reports for acquisition, disposition and refinancing of more than 800+ properties in government, public and private sector companies.
Client-centric delivery is Ariz’s top priority, and he strives to provide the best results and impeccable service every time. He oversees and provides complex services and manages execution across business lines within the Building Consultancy group.
Ariz is a licensed architect in the state of Illinois, a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) and holds an architectural license for practicing in India. He is a subject matter expert in all aspects of building architecture and engineering, and he has coached and mentored teams in respective architectural engineering fields - both nationally and internationally (EMEA and APAC).
Prior to joining CBRE, he led the client deliverable for design and construction management teams within various international architectural design firms throughout the United States and India. He is well versed in contract negotiations, project estimation and budgeting, document preparation and building inspections.
